He has led multimillion-dollar capital projects and turnarounds, known for delivering on time, on budget, and above standard.

Tim has nearly 20 years of leadership in energy and process industries, guiding projects across oil & gas, chemicals, and power. At Fidelis, he drives revenue growth while leading capital projects, shutdowns, and mechanical integrity programs. He also champions the firm’s use of AI to improve safety, reliability, and decision-making.
