Fidelis Associates is an industrial operations consulting and execution firm founded in 2014 by Greg Weber. With 40+ years of combined leadership experience at Chevron, Valero, Shell, and other major operators, we bring firsthand understanding of what it takes to run safe, reliable, and efficient industrial facilities.
We work with oil and gas refineries, petrochemical and chemical plants, power utilities, hydrogen operations, and industrial manufacturing facilities across the United States. Our clients range from Fortune 500 operators to first-of-kind startup facilities.
What makes Fidelis different is our integrated consulting and execution model. We don't just assess programs and deliver reports — we embed with your teams, implement solutions, and stay until the work is done. Every engagement is delivered by in-house staff with direct operating experience, never outsourced to subcontractors.

Greg brings 40+ years of industrial operations leadership from senior roles at Chevron, Valero, and Shell. He has directed multimillion-dollar capital projects, turnarounds, and operational excellence programs across refining, petrochemical, and chemical operations. As President of Fidelis, he leads client engagements in process safety, reliability, and operational readiness.
Tim Weber
Vice President, Projects & Technology
Tim brings 20 years of energy and process industry experience leading major capital projects, AI and digital transformation initiatives, and operational readiness programs. He oversees FidelisForce field execution, the Forward-Deployed Engineering (FDE) AI practice, and the HPRI hydrogen readiness platform.
Kelli Whiteneck
Vice President, Consulting & Operations
Kelli brings deep expertise in organizational development, knowledge management, and consulting operations. She leads FidelisCore consulting programs and FidelisGap diagnostic assessments, building training and documentation systems that make technical work clear, compliant, and repeatable.
